Fatal Vehicle Accident on I-505 South, North of Allendale Rd - North of Vacaville

Per CHP events leading to the head on collision: A male driving a Subaru, traveling I-505 South.

A female driving a Prius the wrong way on I-505 South

The Prius driver was declared deceased at the scene & the Subaru landed on it's side, trapping the driver - The driver was cut out of the vehicle & transported to the hospital

6:20 PM - CHP will be shutting down I-505 South to perform an investigation

8:35 PM - CHP is opening I-505 South back up
