A black Mercedes is driving 110+ MPH with no headlights on with several CHP units behind
A good wheel spike deployment occurred on I-80 West, before Waterman Blvd, Fairfield
Mercedes then took the Waterman Blvd exit with blown out tires
Vehicle turned right onto Vista Del Rancho - 2 HMA (Hispanic Male Adults) foot bailed into the neighborhood
CHP Air over head with several CHP & SO units tracking them down
After a short search & at gun point - both were taken into custody
